OPENING ORDER: Minimum order amount is $500. Orders under this amount are subject to a $25 service charge. All orders are subject to the acceptance of Monarch Art & Frame, Inc.

LEAD TIME:
Standard Orders - Shipment occurs within three to five weeks from approval of order.
Volume or Special Orders – Shipment occurs based on individual production conditions.

CREDIT: Credit is granted at the discretion of Monarch Art & Frame, Inc. New accounts must submit 3 trade references, a bank reference and a signed credit application, in order to evaluate credit worthiness.

PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days with approved credit. A late charge of 1.5% per month may apply to all past due balances.

CIA ACCOUNTS: All non-net 30 accounts will be considered Cash In Advance accounts. Orders for CIA accounts will be processed upon payment and approval of the order. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

FREIGHT TERMS & CHARGES:F.O.B. Factory, Van Nuys, California. All orders are shipped prepaid and all charges added to the invoice unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for freight charges based upon the valid classification as outlined in the Motor Freight Classification Guide. Monarch Art & Frame, Inc. does not guarantee freight rates or classifications, nor is Monarch Art & Frame, Inc. responsible for any changes in classification or freight rates made by the carriers.

TITLE OF MERCHANDISE: Title to merchandise shall pass to the buyer on delivery by Monarch Art & Frame, Inc. to the carrier.

SHIPMENT AND DAMAGE CLAIMS:

  1. All merchandise is packed to comply with carrier requirements. The consignee, before acceptance, should carefully inspect all merchandise and the delivering carrier should be requested to record any damage to packaging or shortages. If further damage is found after delivery an immediate inspection by the delivering carrier should be requested. Notification of concealed damages must be made to the delivering carrier within 15 days after the delivery of the merchandise.
CAUTION: After obtaining a clear receipt for shipment, the delivering carrier is no longer responsible for shortages.
  1. Neither Monarch Art & Frame, Inc. nor the carrier will honor unopened shipment damage claims.

  2. Monarch Art & Frame, Inc will not honor product Shortage & Factory Defect claims made more than 72 hours after date of receipt shipment.

RETURNS: Monarch Art &Frame, Inc. does not permit the return of any product without prior written authorization.

CUSTOM: Proprietary product development is available upon special request for customers and is priced according to specifications and quantities. Please contact our sales office for specific information.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Monarch reserves the right to make material substitutions due to availability when necessary for like or better quality. Monarch Art & Frame, Inc. will approve all design substitutions.
